Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Digitized.lk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our various offerings. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Physical Products (NFC Cards)
2.1 Return Period
You may return unused NFC cards in their original packaging within 07 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
2.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective NFC card, please contact us within 03 days of receipt. We will replace the product or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.
2.3 Customized Products
Customized NFC cards with your personal information, logo, or design are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@digitized.lk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Digital Services
3.1 Website Development
Our website development services follow a milestone-based payment structure:
- Initial Deposit: Non-refundable as it covers initial consultations, planning, and design concepts.
- Milestone Payments: Once a milestone is approved by you, the payment for that milestone becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellation: If you cancel the project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3.2 Social Media Management
For social media management services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Prepaid Packages: Refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused services if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
3.3 Event Digital Solutions
For event digital solutions:
- Deposits: Non-refundable as they secure your event date and cover initial planning.
- Cancellation: If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Postponement: If you need to postpone your event, we will apply your payment to the new date, subject to availability. However, 50% of the advanced payment will be retained as a postponement fee and deducted from the total when rescheduling.
3.4 Branding & Rebranding
For branding and rebranding services:
- Initial Consultation and Concept Development: Non-refundable.
- Design Revisions: Included in the package as specified in your contract. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are non-refundable.
- Final Deliverables: Once final designs are approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3.5 Cloud & Web Systems
For cloud and web systems:
- Setup Fees: Non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
6. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed with an advance payment, it is non-cancellable and non refundable.
